To qualify, you should maintain an average drop size of $2,000 per week if you’re an independent restaurant or $2,500 for hospitality operators.
5. Can I still join if I’m not located in Northern California?
Yes. We serve members throughout the broader region from Redding to Visalia and from the coast to Reno. We also are able to support any hospitality operator across the nation.
6. Do you only work with restaurants?
No. We also work with hotels, caterers, resorts, senior living communities, and other hospitality food operators. Grocery stores and general retailers are excluded.
